To be eligible for the Alliance Extra Staff referral bonus, the following terms and conditions apply.
- All current Alliance Extra Staff employees are included in this promotion.
- All referrers and candidates must meet all requirements outlined by Alliance Extra Staff.
- As the referrer, to receive the Alliance Extra Staff bonus you must already be an active employee of Alliance Extra Staff.
- As the referrer, to be eligible for your $200 referral bonus you must refer a new employee who has not previously been employed by Alliance Extra Staff.
- The referrer and referee will only receive their bonuses after the referred candidate has successfully completed the recruitment process and has completed 30 shifts within the first 7 weeks, meeting all set criteria by Alliance Extra Staff.
- Referrals will be accepted via the online website form, email or phone.
- Offer includes all candidates who successfully register with Alliance Extra Staff, pass the screening and interview process and is placed at a host employer.
- Bonuses will be paid as a gift card.
- All bonus rewards are at the discretion of Alliance Extra Staff.
