Kitchen Hands / Food Services Assistants (FSA) Albury / Wodonga & Surrounding Areas
Alliance Extra Staff Alliance Extra Staff is currently recruiting experienced and reliable Kitchen Hands and Food Services Assistants to support aged care and healthcare facilities across the Albury and Wodonga region. We are seeking candidates who are confident working in a fast-paced environment, committed to high standards of hygiene and safety, and passionate about delivering quality service.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and deliver food and beverage trolleys to residents or patients
- Prepare and plate meals, including texture-modified meals (IDDSI)
- Create fresh sandwiches, salads, and light snacks
- Maintain accurate food safety and temperature records
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen, service areas, and equipment
- Comply with food safety standards and infection-control procedures
What We’re Looking For- Minimum 6 months' experience in healthcare, aged care, or hospitality
- Strong communication, teamwork, and reliability
- Current National Police Check
- Current Working With Children Check
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Up-to-date 3x COVID-19 and 2025 Flu Vaccinations
- Availability for flexible shifts
